Game Gear games rated for 3DS by ESRB
It appears the (game) gears are finally in motion. The ESRB has rated two Game Gear games for release on the 3DS.

Last year, Nintendo promised that Game Gear games would be available on the 3DS Virtual Console. Sega pledged five games would be available for the launch of the eShop and unfortunately, that has yet to come to fruition. It appears the (game) gears are finally in motion. The ESRB has rated two Game Gear games for release on the 3DS.
According to Tiny Cartridge, both Shinobi and Sonic Triple Trouble have been re-rated for Nintendo’s 3D handheld. Finally! We can replay games from our favorite vision-destroying handheld on… a new vision-destroying handheld.
In addition to offering Game Gear games, Nintendo also promised that the 3DS eShop will be home to TurboGrafx-16 titles.
